Pumps for Wellhead Control Systems

The Dynex exhibit featured high-pressure checkball design pumps that lower system costs:

Maintenance-free water glycol pumps operate to 15 000 psi (1040 bar). A single-fluid design eliminates the cost of a separate lubrication circuit and prevents potential fluid cross-contamination.

Low input power mineral oil pumps, requiring only 1 HP at 10 000 psi (0,7 kW at 700 bar), are used for remote land-based panel systems. Their compact size also makes them ideal for portable torque-tool power units.

Hydraulic pumps for water glycol eliminate cross-fluid contamintion

Water glycol pumps use the pumped fluid for internal bearing lubrication. This single-fluid design eliminates fluid cross-contamination, which may occur in other pump designs requiring oil for lubrication. Simple installation and low-maintenance lowers system costs.

Dynex PF500 pumps require low input power requiirements

PF500 Series pumps require input power requirements as low as 1.0 HP at 10 000 psi (0.7 kW at 700 bar) and 1800 rpm. This makes these mineral-oil pumps ideal for solar or wind-powered wellhead control panel systems.
