Series High Pressure Piston Pumps |
| High
pressure pumps operate with extended life at pressures to 10 000 psi
(700 bar). These fixed displacement piston pumps include
models in these Series:
- PF1000H-10
- PF3000H-10
- PF4000H-30
The pumps
provide a range of output flows from 1.5 to 17.2 gpm (5,7 to
65,1 L/min) at 1800 rpm.
High Efficiency Design
The checkball
pump design uses piston check valves to direct flow from
the pump inlet to the outlet. The positive-seating check valves
provide high volumetric efficiency, especially at higher pressures.
Contamination
Tolerant
The outlet
check valves provide a relatively large flushing path for any
system contamination. This makes the pumps ideal for systems
where the fluid cannot be totally cleaned by filtration, or
where it is just not economical.
Multiple
Output Models
Split-Flow®
pumps provide multiple outputs for synchronized actuator movement
or multiple function circuits.
These multiple
outlet pumps can efficiently supply flow in a circuit with
changing flow and pressure requirements. This makes them ideal
for Hi-Lo circuits on clamping, pressing, high-torque tools
and other similar applications.

PF4000
Series (from left), PF3000 Series and PF1000 Series hydraulic
pumps supply a range of flows at pressures to 10 000
psi (700 bar). See Pump Selection Table below.

PF500 Series Compact 10 000 psi (700 bar)
Pumps
High
pressure capability and low input power requirements,
as low as 1 HP at 10 000 psi (0.7 kW at
700 bar), make PF500 Series pumps ideal for applications
with limited power supply.
The
pumps can also be used on portable power packs for high-torque
wrenches, other service tools and similar high pressure
applications.

Selection Notes
- Output
flows listed are based on typical performance at rated pressure
with pressurized inlet where required. Consult
the Dynex sales department for minimum inlet pressure and
for a review of applications requiring operation above the
rated speed of 1800 rpm.
- Ordering
these pumps requires a
complete model code specifying drive shaft, seal and port
options.
- Models
with the "H" option,
require the use of outlet port option "A" (Autoclave/Butech
fitting) or "B" (British Standard Pipe fitting).
Ports
are available for use with standard S.A.E. fittings, but
are not recommended for operation above 8000 psi (560 bar).
