from a wide range of standard hydraulic power units. Systems are
available for pressures from 3000 to 15 000 psi (210 to
1400 bar), with flows to 200 gpm (757 L/min).
Specify units
for operation with various fluids: standard mineral-oil or low-lubricity
fire-resistant and water-based fluids, including water glycol, Skydrol,
other phosphate ester fluids, and various military fluids.
Specialized
systems with custom fabrication are made to meet specific customer
requirements. These custom power units can be built for high pressure
operation to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).
Dynex hydraulic
systems have been used worldwide for over 45 years in a wide range
of indusrial and mobile applications.
See the Standard
Selection Table below.
NFPA
and JIC Standard Hydraulic Power Units
The Dynex power
unit facility employs 3D CAD design and manufacturing techniques
that adhere to NFPA and JIC guidelines.
Plasma cutting
and MIG and TIG welding are used to assure quality fabrication.
Custom tube-bending equipment can handle up to 1.5 inch (38,1 mm)
diameter stainless steel.
Systems with Expert
High-Pressure Piping
Skilled workers
with experience piping for high-pressure systems assure trouble-free
operation. Port connection options include NPT, SAE, flange, socket
weld, coned and threaded (Autoclave or Butech) and BSP (British
Standard Pipe) fittings.
These power
units provide long service-life and reduced maintenance with the
use of metal tubing and custom bends where suitable. Stainless steel
reservoirs, tubing and fittings can also be incorporated.

Hydraulic power units include high pressure HPVT Series, which operate
to 10 000 psi (700 bar). These units are suitable for
mineral oil, water glycol, Skydrol or other phosphate ester fluids.
Because many conditions affect operation, review your special fluid
application with the power
unit sales department.
