Process for requesting a RMA:
- Complete the form below.
- Agree to the terms (below).
- If you desire, you will have the opportunity to upload a photo/file. Click the "Choose File" button, navigate to the desired file.
- Subject to the reason for return, an evaluation fee may apply. This fee will be quoted at the time the RMA is issued. A purchase order may be required.
- After receipt and review of the request, Dynex will either issue an RMA directly or through one of our distribution partners. If Dynex decides not to provide an RMA, we will contact you directly to explain our decision.
