Hydraulic Pumps for Water-Based,

Dynex provides pumps for use with special fluids including a variety of water-based, fire resistant and others. The properties of these special fluids include a combination of high or low viscosity with either high or low lubricity.

Various pump models are available for use with water glycol, Skydrol, and other phosphate ester fluids, Viscor and other diesel calibration fluids, machining coolant, brake fluid, and various military fluids.

Pumps for Aerospace Testing

Dynex checkball pumps provide exceptional performance in the harsh conditions required for testing aerospace components. Pumps operate at pressures to 20,000 psi, using a wide range of fluids including Skydrol, Hyjet and other phosphate ester fluids, and various MIL-SPEC fluids.

Pumps for Biodiesel Production

Dynex high-pressure pumps are used in the production process for biodiesel fuel, including various transesterification refinery processes. These pumps can operate at pressures to 8000 psi (560 bar) with various vegetable oils.

Dynex hydraulic pumps operate within a wide range of recommended viscosities from 31.6 to 3,142 SUS (1,5 to 680 cSt).

Pumps designed for low lubricity and low viscosity fluids

Checkball pumps feature a single fluid design, with internal bearing lubrication provided by the pumped fluid. This design eliminates the potential for cross contamination, which may occur in other pump designs requiring a secondary fluid for lubrication.

Dynex special fluid pumps have been qualified for water glycol fluids including Marston Bentley Oceanic HW443 and HW740 fluids at 10 000 psi (700 bar).

Pumps for water glycol, diesel calibration fluid and skydrol
