Custom Power Units For Special Requirements

 
Dynex fabricates specialized hydraulic power units ranging from simple pump/motor units to large 500 gallon (1893 L) hydraulic systems. Prime movers are available to 700 HP (522 kW).

Systems can be designed for high pressures to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).

The Power Unit Facility serves as a stocking location for Dynex components. Dynex distributors also provide a source for customer-specified components.

CAD drawings and renditions are used to effectively communicate with customers, from initial concept to final product. Solid modeling provides a better understanding of proposed solutions to system requirements.

Custom power units can take advantage of Dynex Split-Flow® pump capability. An automotive unit simultaneously tests four servo valves, using the output flow from four isolated outlet ports. Learn more about this application.
