Dynex News
Dynex is proud of achieving a new quality milestone! An ISO audit conducted on Wednesday, December 13th by Verisys Registrars determined that Dynex/Rivett Inc. met all the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 Standard. Dynex received its new ISO9001:2015 certificate on Friday, December 18th and has added it to our website.
The 2015 revision of the ISO9001 Standard includes a significant focus on minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities, which Dynex has incorporated into its quality management system as part of our ongoing effort toward continuous improvement. These new requirements will benefit Dynex, our customers, and our customers’ customers.
Dynex’s mandate is to provide exceptional hydraulic products and superior customer service while minimizing risks for customers or for their customers. Customers can be assured that Dynex continuously adheres to its quality management system when designing, manufacturing, assembling, testing, selling and servicing its electrohydraulic-pumps, motors, and valves. Additionally, new opportunities are created when Dynex aligns itself with its customers’ businesses to meet their needs and exceed their expectations for high-performance, reliability, quality and cost.
We look forward to achieving all the quality objectives that Dynex establishes and to ensure that when a customer receives a standard hydraulic component or custom product from “Dynex/Rivett, it’s the best they can get!”

Dynex is introducing a line of subplates with integral relief valves. The integral relief valve is adjustable and provides circuit protection in a low profile configuration eliminating the need for additional plumbing and connections.
Available for the following valve mounting patterns:
- D03 Pattern
- HP03 Pattern [10 000 PSI (700 Bar)]
- D05 Pattern
- D05H Pattern
- D08 Pattern
With these sublates, integrating Dynex’s high pressure (HP03) or high flow (D05H) valves into your circuit has never been easier.

Dynex is once again pushing the limits of high pressure hydraulics with this new series of high pressure/high flow relief valves. This series is designed to control pressures that exceed the capabilities of traditional relief valves. In fact, with some of the highest pressure & flow ranges available on the market, this product is quite unique. Check out these specs: Rated to 50 GPM at 15,000 PSI (190 l/min. at 1040 bar),or 75 GPM at 9,000 PSI (284 l/min. at 620 bar). Available with manual, electric vent or proportional control.
These valves are compatible with conventional, low-viscosity, and
other special hydraulic fluids including military, and other phosphate
ester fluids.
This makes them ideal for use on development or production test-stands,
aerospace ground support equipment, and other applications requiring
special fluids.

The new PV4000-11 design pump offers variable output flow with 10,000 psi capability. Models are available with pressure compensation and electrohydraulic pump control to regulate delivery. These pumps are perfect for use on test stands, aircraft ground support equipment, hydraulic presses and other critical, high-pressure systems.
This new design offers longer life when using with low-lubricity fluids. The contamination tolerant design offers an advantage on applications where system fluid cannot be totally cleaned by filtration, or where complete filtration is just not economical.

Please join us in welcoming Dan to the Dynex sales team.
Introducing the latest addition to the Dynex line of hydraulic directional control valves. The HP05H valve combines high pressure capabilities with higher flow capacities than HP03 or HP05 valves.
- Rated Pressure: 8 500 psi (210 bar)
- Nominal Flow: 30 gpm (114 L/min)
- Max Flow: 40 gpm (151 L/min)
- Actuator Options include: Direct Solenoid; Hydraulic Piloted; Air Piloted.
- Full range of Spool types, Actuators, Electrical connections and Solenoid options.
Typical applications include presses and component test stands. With its high pressure and high flow capability this valve complements our unique checkball design pumps that set the standard for long life at high pressures.

Temperature extremes encountered in cold or high-altitude environments can pose big challenges to hydraulic systems. Low temperatures can cause hydraulic fluids to increase in viscosity and lead to damaging cavitation and seal problems.
The unique checkball pump design is inherently resistant to cavitation. Dynex can configure these pumps with seal and bearing packages specifically tailored to fluid requirements and operating temperatures.
With high pressure capability and power requirements as low as 1.0HP at 10 000 psi (0,75kW at 700 bar), these compact & reliable pumps are ideal for wellhead control panel systems located in harsh environments.
