To keep our customers connected, Dynex has updated our Contact Us Page with additional information. Included on this page is a map of the USA and Canada. The map is color coded with the respective Sales Territory Manager and their direct office number.
Dynex is doing this in response to the latest requirements that our office staff work remote. We hope that this will allow our customers to efficiently reach out to our Sales teams and get the information they need to maintain their own business operations.

Dynex/Rivett Inc. continues to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our personnel during the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Most office staff are now being required to work from home and our shop is limiting the exposure of personnel to each other while we maintain our production.

Like many other companies, Dynex is taking steps to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). As of this moment, we continue to operate our facilities and have staff to take orders and handle customer support. We ARE accepting deliveries at this time.
Effective immediately, we will be implementing the following policies:
- Dynex will no longer be accepting incoming visitors at our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but believe that caution is in order.
- No face-to-face meetings or interviews. We have phone/video conference services available. We’d be happy to arrange a virtual meeting.

Dynex, like many other companies, is aware of the outbreak in China of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus). As a company with customers in China and other parts of the world, this issue is one that can impact our business.
Dynex does not directly source any material for the manufacture of our products from China.
While we continue to monitor the situation, Dynex is taking all precautionary measures at our facilities related to incoming visitors, evaluation of any customers and/or suppliers, and any new developments that would impact our business. As of this moment, we continue to operate as normal.

You never know what you’ll find when you dig through an old box in the closet!
Lately, we’ve been talking a lot about our 136-year history at Dynex, and we were surprised to learn that old film footage was found in our storage area for archived promotional materials.
We thought our customers and friends would enjoy seeing what life was like at Dynex about 60 years ago, shortly after construction was completed in 1957 of its present-day, Pewaukee, Wisconsin company headquarters.
We assembled together clips taken from the 8mm and 16mm films and created the following brief video for your viewing pleasure, and a unique peek into Dynex history!
Please note that our Corporate Headquarters in Pewaukee, WI and our Power Units Division in Ashland, MA will be closed on Thursday November 28th and Friday November 29th while we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends.

Dynex has made a company-wide effort to encourage a deeper understanding of our product line among all employees. No matter what their duties are, gaining knowledge beyond their particular position will make for a more confident, well-rounded employee.
In our program, veteran employees share some of their particular expertise with small groups of interested attendees. Follow-up questions are strongly encouraged. Chances are, if one person doesn’t know something, others probably don’t either!
