CNC Machinist - Vertical and Horizontal Operator - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, Third Shift

Openings: One

Description: Three to five years’ experience.  Experience on CNC Horizontals, CNC Verticals. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to perform G&M code editing on Fanuc type controls. 

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: OKK horizontals and Mori Seiki verticals.

Hone Operator - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Minimum two years’ experience. Experience on vertical & horizontal honing machines. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to check parts using dial bore gages & air gages. Extremely tight tolerances must be held on both size & finish.

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: Micromatic vertical hones & Sunnen horizontal hones.

Centerless Grinder Operator - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift & Third Shift

Openings: Two

Description: Minimum three years’ experience. Experience on all types of grinders. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to check parts using micrometers, air gages & profilometer. Extremely tight tolerances must be held on both size & finish.

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: Sheffield, Cincinnati and Brown & Sharpe.

Manufacturing Engineer - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Associate Degree in CNC Programming or related technical degree.  Five years or more CAM experience performing CNC programming, fixture design and related duties in a low to mid-volume, close tolerance, machining environment. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

CNC Programmer - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Associate Degree in CNC Programming and two years of experience (on-the-job). Requires knowledge of PDM, Epicor, Solid Works, Esprit software and Microsoft Office Suite products. 

Responsible for developing and implementing methods and CNC programs to manufacture components. Design and/or procure new tooling, gauging, and fixturing.

CAD/CAM Drafter - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Two years’ experience with Solid Works CAD/CAM software. Ability to draw fixture and gage blueprints in a machining environment. Two years’ experience using MS Office Suite.

Assembler - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Two years’ experience performing repetitive assembly operations to assemble small units or subassemblies having a limited number of parts and details; simple fitting and adjustment requirements.

Design Engineer - Click for Details

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum three years’ experience in hydraulic product design.  Responsible for the design and development of hydraulic components.

Responsible for conducting research, proposing original concepts, using CAD and CAE to design and optimize products.
