Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility

Pewaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.

Type: Full-Time, Third Shift

Openings: Four

Description: Three-five years’ experience.  Experience on CNC Horizontals and CNC Verticals. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to perform G&M code editing on Fanuc type controls.

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: OKK horizontals and Mori Seiki verticals.

Type: Full-Time, Third Shift

Openings: One

Description: Minimum three years’ experience. Experience on all types of grinders. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to check parts using micrometers, air gages & profilometer. Extremely tight tolerances must be held on both size & finish.

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus:  Sheffield, Cincinnati and Brown & Sharpe.

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Minimum one to three years’ experience. Experience on all types of grinders. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to check parts using micrometers, bore gages, air gages & profilometer. Extremely tight tolerances must be held on both size & finish.

Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus:  Landis O.D. & I.D. grinders, Karstens O.D. & I.D. grinders & Okamoto rotary grinders.

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years’ manufacturing experience. Two years’ experience using deburring equipment such as: air grinders, various types of hand files and hand deburring tools. Cleaning experience desired. Certified fork truck driver experience with stand-up & sit-down type fork trucks. Computer literate.

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Associate Degree in CNC Programming or related technical degree.  Five years or more CAM experience performing CNC programming, fixture design and related duties in a low to mid-volume, close tolerance, machining environment. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Description: Two years’ experience performing repetitive assembly operations to assemble small units or subassemblies having a limited number of parts and details; simple fitting and adjustment requirements.

Power Units Division

Type: Full-Time, First Shift

Openings: One

Description: Assemble hydraulic power units by following schematics, mechanical drawings, and direction from production supervisor. Assembler will require mechanical assembly skills. MIG and TIG welding, hydraulic pipe fitting, and tube bending a plus.

Assembler will work with hydraulic fittings, pipe fittings, hydraulic tubing, pipe, mechanical fasteners (nuts, bolts, and fabricated brackets), hydraulic reservoirs, valves, pumps, and filters.

Requires a medium to strong work pace to maintain allotted production assembly hours. Also requires good dexterity along with general to advanced knowledge of mechanical and/or hydraulic principles. Assembler must be able to follow verbal instructions and perform in-process inspections of work.
