Description:
3-5 years experience. Experience on CNC Horizontals, CNC Verticals and CNC Lathes. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to perform G&M code editing on Fanuc type controls. Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: OKK horizontals, Matsuura verticals and Mori Seiki lathes.

Description:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Fluid Power or Mechanical design preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hydraulic or mechanical work. Perform a variety of duties involving lab testing of prototypes in process of development and/or manufacturing of products. Assist lab supervisor in running more critical tests of complex mechanisms or electrical apparatus. Set up standard test sets or mechanical testing devices in accordance with directions. Run tests & record test data for analysis & evaluation by engineers. Note & call attention to deviations in reactions not anticipated in prescribed test procedures. May assist in the fabrication, benchwork and assembly of models & components.

Minimum 1-3 years experience. Experience on all types of grinders. Must be able to perform own set-ups. Must be able to check parts using micrometers, bore gages, air gages & profilometer. Extremely tight tolerances must be held on both size & finish. Experience on the following types of machines will be considered a plus: Landis O.D. & I.D. grinders, Karstens O.D. & I.D. grinders, Okamoto rotary grinders & Studer CNC O.D./I.D. Grinders.

Travel requirements up to 25-30% of each month. Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
